Welcome to Machin Rentals! By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Rental Eligibility

1.1. Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 25 years old to rent luxury vehicles.
1.2. Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license, recognized in the United States, is required at the time of rental.
1.3. Payment Method: A valid credit card is required for all reservations and security deposits.

2. Reservation and Payment

2.1. Reservation Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment and completion of required documentation.
2.2. Deposit: A security deposit is required, which varies depending on the vehicle. This deposit is fully refundable upon return of the vehicle in its original condition.
2.3. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.

3. Rental Period

3.1. Duration: Rental periods are calculated in 24-hour increments.
3.2. Extension: Extensions must be approved and paid for in advance. Unapproved extensions may incur penalties.

4. Vehicle Use

4.1. Permitted Use: The vehicle may only be used for lawful purposes.
4.2. Prohibited Activities:

• Racing, off-roading, or use on unpaved roads.
• Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Allowing unapproved drivers to operate the vehicle.
  4.3. Mileage Limit: Some rentals include mileage limits. Excess mileage may incur additional charges.

5. Insurance and Liability

5.1. Insurance Coverage: Renters must provide proof of full coverage insurance or purchase optional insurance coverage through Machin Rentals.
5.2. Damage Responsibility: Renters are fully responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the vehicle during the rental period.
5.3. Accident Reporting: All accidents must be reported to Machin Rentals and the local authorities immediately.

6. Vehicle Condition

6.1. Inspection: Vehicles are inspected before and after rental. Renters are required to confirm the vehicle’s condition at pickup.
6.2. Cleanliness: Vehicles must be returned in a clean condition. Excessive dirt or mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
6.3. Fuel Policy: Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of rental. Refueling charges will apply if this condition is not met.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental period will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee.
  7.2. No-Shows: No-shows will forfeit the full rental amount.

8. Penalties and Fines

8.1. Traffic Violations: Renters are responsible for all tickets, fines, and penalties incurred during the rental period.
8.2. Late Returns: Late returns may incur additional charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

Machin Rentals is not responsible for:

• Personal belongings left in the vehicle.
• Mechanical issues arising from misuse of the vehicle.

10. Modifications and Amendments

Machin Rentals reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated to renters before their reservation.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida.
